Royal York Cardinals 12U AA strikes gold in Halton Hills!

The Royal York Cardinals 12U AA team took home the gold medal for the AA division at the Halton Hills tournament this past weekend. After winning the group round, including victories over powerhouses Waterloo and Whitby, the boys played as a cohesive unit and won the gold medal game 10-0 in 5 innings over Scarborough. Tight defence, timely hitting and solid pitching by the Cardinals proved too much for the competition, as the boys finished the weekend with an unbeaten record.
