RYBL RECIPROCAL PLAY-WITH POLICY

Royal York Baseball League Inc. Reciprocal Play-With and Pre-Set Teams Policy (House League)

RYBL Reciprocal Play-With Policy (House League)

RYBL House League offers a “reciprocal play-with” policy to accommodate special friend requests and for car-pooling purposes.  Please note that only “Reciprocal” Play-With Requests means that if your son or daughter would like to play with another boy or girl, you must select that boy or girl on your child’s Registration, and the other family must also select your child on their son or daughter’s Registration.  Unfortunately, “Non-Reciprocal” Play-With Requests will be rejected, and “Multiple” Play-With Requests will be rejected.  However, all efforts will be made to accommodate proper Reciprocal Play-With Requests.

RYBL Pre-Set Teams Policy (House League)

RYBL House League has a “Reciprocal Play-With Policy”, which offers an opportunity for boys and girls to pick a friend for car-pooling, acclimate to a new social setting, and maintain an existing friend in a potentially new environment.  Reciprocal Play-With Policy works as follows:

RYBL PLAY-WITH POLICY

RYBL offers a “reciprocal play-with” policy to accommodate special friend requests and for car-pooling purposes.

This policy aside, RYBL House League does not generally accept “pre-set” teams nor does it allow registrants to self-select the Players or Coaches that they will play with or be coached by.  RYBL feels that as we feel that such pre-set House League teams undermine the competitiveness of the particular Divisions in which they play and could adversely impact the playing experiences of the players on the team that are not part of the pre-existing social group.
