Umpire Resources
Umpiring is a fantastic opportunity for young adults over the age of 12. It teaches confidence, responsibility and discipline in an ideal setting outdoors. All this and compensation is a bonus. For most of our young adults, this is their first opportunity to earn money. It is also the best way to learn the rules of baseball and to teach others about the rules of the game.
At RYBL, we make every effort to train our umpires through a mentor program and on the field instruction to supplement current skills.
